Leadership Opportunities within ADA

If you have an  interest in volunteering on national committees and task forces we invite you to complete the "Opportunities to Serve" survey available online at:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/OppstoServe2010 indicating your interest in 2010-2011 Association committees and task forces. Please note that a description of each BOD, HOD and joint BOD/HOD committee is available via a link in the "Opportunities to Serve" survey.

The information you provide when completing this survey will be critical to Judith Rodriguez, PhD, RD, FADA, President-elect and Glenna McCollum, DMOL, MPH, RD, Speaker-elect as they make appointments for various Board of Directors (BOD), House of Delegates (HOD) and joint BOD/HOD committees and task forces throughout the 2010-2011 program year. Although we cannot ensure that everyone who completes the survey will be selected to serve, every effort will be made to consider your unique talents during the appointment process.
