One Hurdle Cleared---Please Help with the Next--and Let us Know Your Experience!

One Hurdle Cleared---Please Help with the Next The Child Nutrition Reauthorization Act was cleared through the House committee in the past week!  This is great news!  But legislative time is running out and this bill, which impacts our work and the families we work with, is at risk for being tabled until next legislative session and it needs to be passed now!  Your congressperson needs to hear your voice of encouragement to find funding sources and move this bill to the floor for a full vote before another legislative session passes. If they don't hear from  you, how will they know how important this is to the services that are offered to our families and our jobs??  WE are the nutrition experts--they need to hear from us that this is a valuable piece of legislation!  Try the ADA's grassroots manager--it will take no longer then 5 minutes and have a great impact.
