AMERICAN DIETETIC ASSOCIATION RELEASES UPDATED POSITION PAPER PROMOTING AND SUPPORTING BREASTFEEDING 

CHICAGO – The American Dietetic Association has released an updated position paper on breastfeeding that details health benefits for both infants and mothers and encourages promotion of breastfeeding whenever possible.

 CONTACT YOUR LEGISLATOR!!!

We often feel compelled to contact our legislator when we notice that our legislator may not be supporting our views. However, it is just an important to contact them to let them know that they are supporting your views. Your legislator is working on your behalf and part of their role is to express the views of their constituents to congress.

So, it is often just as important to contact them and say "thank you"

for supporting...... as it is when there is an issue.

News from the PNPG Research Ad Hoc Committee

Attention experienced and novice researchers:

ADA has received several member questions regarding eligibility for the Marsh Professional Liability Insurance program, which is available to members as part of the ADA Member Advantage Program (MAP). If you have any questions, please read the attached article, or feel free to contact the ADA Member Benefits and Services Team.

Committee membership will provide opportunities to learn about the practice group, develop leadership skills, network with other pediatric dietitians, and build the future of PNPG.
