Greetings!
The summer is progressing and PNPG has something for everybody. Public policy issues (see July 19 news item or contact Michell Fulmer); publication projects getting underway in Critical Care, the Pediatric NCP guidebook, or NCM updates (contact Paula Charuhas), Aida Miles has assumed an active role as House of Delegates representative for PNPG, and we have many collaborations in place within PNPG and with other organizations.
I'm attaching the Volunteer Form-2010 for any interested parties. I encourage you to check out the form and send it in. When a match comes up we'll be in touch and you can consider the specifics.
I look forward to working on these topics and other items that emerge in the next few months. To all the volunteers and PNPG members who participate in this group, thanks for joining with me.

CHICAGO – The American Dietetic Association has released an updated position paper on breastfeeding that details health benefits for both infants and mothers and encourages promotion of breastfeeding whenever possible.
