1Blenderized Tube Feeding Clinical Perspectives on Homemade Tube Feeding

Homemade tube feeding (HMTF) is food liquefied in a blender and bolus fed through a gastrostomy tube (g-tube) as an alternative to commercial formula, such as PediaSure® or Compleat Pediatric®. Homemade tube feeding may replace some or all bolus feeds, depending on the family’s preferences.
