Webinar Description 
Ruchi Gupta, M.D., M.P.H, with Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE), will discuss the prevalence of food allergies in the U.S. and possible reasons for increasing rates. Current research and recommendations on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of food allergies will also be covered. The webinar will discuss the vital role registered dietitian nutritionists play in food allergy management, including helping clients avoid allergens, maintaining optimal nutrition status and navigating challenges.
